Lymm Rushbearing Festival
After a lapse of over 20 years the ancient rushbearing festival was revived on Saturday and attracted many visitors to the picturesque village. A beautiful pair of greys, kindly lent by Messrs. Greenall, Whitley and Co. drew the old-time rushcart, and showed it off to great advantage.

Lymm Morris Dancers
The morris dancers - all "village lads" were picturesquely attired, and went through their merry dance
